We want you to love your Zarave pieces as much as we loved creating them.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:
Prime One Building, opposite Balad Trade Tower, Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original piece and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
