We aim to make your shopping experience effortless, from order to delivery.


Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, new launches, or sales, processing times may extend slightly, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Zarave journey to your doorstep.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Standard Delivery (Across Pakistan): 3–5 business days
Express Delivery (Major Cities): 1–3 business days
Delivery Partner: Reputable courier services (e.g.,Postex, Call Courier)
Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout or mentioned during order confirmation

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping
Currently, Zarave ships within Pakistan only.
We’re working towards expanding internationally soon — stay tuned for updates!


Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can use this number to track your parcel directly through our courier partner’s website.


Missing or Delayed Packages
