We want you to love your Zarave pieces as much as we loved creating them.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original piece and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
